Yoga & Meditation

Nedra is passionate about Yoga and enjoys sharing this passion with her students.  Yoga philosophies can be applied both on the mat and off.  You will find Pranayama (breathwork), Mudras, and Meditation incorporated into her classes.  Vinyasa is a branch of Hatha yoga where students flow with breath, body and mind, creating a meditation style of movement. Students are guided through a uniquely designed yoga session that incorporates alignment and body awareness.   Nedra creates a comfortable, supportive and healing environment.  Nedra loves teaching yoga to all levels of experience, especially beginners!  Nedra is currently teaching a weekly yoga class Mondays at 5:15pm at Ohana Yoga Studio in West Salem, WI.  She travels to many other studios and does workshops and yoga retreats.
